SHOM JOSHI
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Shom Joshi is a 17 year-old senior from Naperville, Illinois. Through this initiative, he hopes to raise awareness about the dangers of PFAS in his community and beyond. He also wants to build this local one person community-led effort into a national student-led movement against PFAS, advocating for policy changes at the local, state, and federal level, that will make it unlawful for big corporations using these “forever chemicals”. In his free time, he can be found playing Xbox with friends or basketball.
